A note from the Superintendent:

It is my honor and privilege to serve as the superintendent and principal of Hallsburg School. I am humbled and blessed to be a part of this fine school and stand amazed each year at the strides our students make as they grow and mature. With the home and community support coupled with our outstanding staff, we have the perfect formula to teach all children individually and help them strive to reach their full potential.

Our school is blessed to have a very dedicated, hard working group of teachers and support staff to ensure each student is receiving the best PK-6 education possible. Our school has consistently achieved high ratings in the state accountability system. More important than the high ratings, our students are receiving a well rounded education including fine arts and PE for a full period every day. We believe in the full development of the child and have made it a priority to teach our students in their multiple areas of development.

We invite you to come visit our school anytime. Whether you are considering moving into the district, a potential transfer student, or would just like to stop and say “hi”, you are always welcome. Over half of our students are transfer students from other districts. They have discovered the quality education available in our small, rural school and love the individual attention they receive as well.
